Q: Where is my access code for the project guide?

A: The access code (format: GK-XXXX-XXXX) is printed on a card inside your kit box. Visit gilkut.in/guide to enter it.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Login to your account, go to My Orders, and click on your order to see the tracking number and Delhivery link.

Q: A component in my kit is missing or damaged?

A: WhatsApp us immediately with a photo. We will send a replacement part within 2-3 days at no cost.

Q: Can I get help assembling the project?

A: Yes! WhatsApp support is included with every kit. We will guide you through any step you find difficult.
