Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The kit is damaged or defective on arrival
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Components are missing from the kit

Non-Returnable Items

  • Kits that have been assembled or used
  • Items damaged due to incorrect handling
  • Orders where the box seal has been broken without damage

Refund Process

  1. WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
  2. We will verify the claim within 24 hours
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds are credited to original payment method
  5. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
